This Privacy Policy explains how Workflowamigos (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit this website or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch implementation act (UAVG).

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect

• Contact data — name, email address, company, and any message content when you email us or request a demo.
• Usage data — pages visited, referrer, approximate location, device and browser type. Only collected with your consent via analytics (see our Cookie Policy).
• Technical data — IP address and server logs, needed to deliver and secure the website.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

• To respond to your enquiries and provide a demo — legal basis: your request / pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To operate and secure the website — legal basis: our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To measure and improve the website — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Analytics and cookies

We use Google Tag Manager and analytics tooling that only activates after you give consent through our cookie banner. Until then, no analytics or marketing cookies are set. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. Sharing with third parties

We only share personal data with processors that help us run our business, under a data processing agreement. These may include:

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your personal data.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Enquiry and demo correspondence is kept for up to [24 months] after our last contact, unless a longer retention period is legally required.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
• erase your data (“right to be forgotten”);
• restrict or object to processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw consent at any time.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.
